2 Commencement This instrument commences on the day it is registered in the Federal Register of Legislation.
3 Authority This instrument is made under section 22-2 of the Act.
4 Definitions In this instrument Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003. Note: The term higher education provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.
5 Notice of Decision to Revoke Approval as a Higher Education Provider
The approval of Harvest Bible College Inc (ABN: 97 621 239 356) as a higher education provider is revoked in accordance with subsection 22-2(1) of the Act.
