Commonwealth of Australia Threat Abatement Plan for the incidental catch (or bycatch) of seabirds during oceanic longline fishing operations (2018) I, MELISSA PRICE, Minister for the Environment, under section 270B of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 make the Threat Abatement Plan for the incidental catch (or bycatch) of seabirds during oceanic longline fishing operations (2018), for the purpose of reducing the effect of the key threatening process as specified below:
