1 Name This instrument is the Petroleum and Other Fuels Reporting (Acceptable Alternative Report – National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator) Declaration 2018.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 19(2) of the Petroleum and Other Fuels Reporting Rules 2017.
4 Definitions In this instrument: Rules means the Petroleum and Other Fuels Reporting Rules 2017.
5 Declaration For the purposes of paragraph 19(1)(c) of the Rules, a monthly production report is declared to be an acceptable alternative report for January 2018 or a later calendar month if the report is given in accordance with regulation 7.19 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2011.
