Threat abatement plan for disease in natural ecosystems caused by Phytophthora cinnamomi (2018)
I, Melissa Price, Minister for the Environment, make the Threat abatement plan for disease in natural ecosystems caused by Phytophthora cinnamomi (2018) under section 270B of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 for the purpose of reducing the effect of the key threatening process, Dieback caused by the root-rot fungus (Phytophthora cinnamomi). This instrument commences the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
