1 Name This instrument is the Farm Household Support (Forced Disposal of Livestock) Minister's Rules 2019.

2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 106(1) of the Farm Household Support Act 2014.

4 Modifications of the Social Security Act 1991 For the purposes of section 92 of the Farm Household Support Act 2014, the Social Security Act 1991 has effect for the purposes set out in section 91 of the Farm Household Support Act 2014 with the modifications set out in Schedule 1 to this instrument.

5 Application This instrument applies in relation to forced disposals of livestock (see item 1 of Schedule 1) occurring on or after 1 July 2019.
