Schedule 1—Miscellaneous amendments Defence Determination 2016/19, Conditions of service 1 Subsection 3.2.58.2 (Movements between Reserve service and continuous full-time service) Omit the subsection, substitute: 2. Schedule 2—Salary non-reduction amendment Defence Determination 2016/19, Conditions of service 1 Annex 3.2.C (Salary non-reduction – Flight test engineers) From Air Force Pay grade 7 omit "13 August 2019", substitute "13 August 2020". 2 Transitional provision 1. This section applies to a member of the Air Force who meets all of the following. a. The member was on a salary non-reduction period under item 2 of the table in subsection 3.2.52.2 on 13 August 2013. b. The member was in Air Force Pay grade 7. c. The member would have been eligible for the salary non-reduction had this Schedule commenced on 14 August 2019. 2. The member is eligible for a payment of an amount of salary that is the difference between the following amounts. a. The amount of salary that the member was paid between 14 August 2019 and the commencement of this Determination. b. The amount of salary that the member would have been paid had this Determination commenced on 14 August 2019 until the commencement of this Determination.
