Prime Minister 1 Name of declaration This declaration is the Social Security (Declared Overseas Terrorist Act) Declaration 2019—Hyderabad (2007) 2 Commencement This declaration commences on the day after this instrument is registered. 3 Definitions In this declaration: Act means the Social Security Act 1991. terrorist act has the same meaning as in subsection 100.1(1) of the Criminal Code. 4 Declared overseas terrorist act For the purposes of subsection 35B(1) of the Act, the following terrorist act is a declared overseas terrorist act: 1) The bombings at approximately 19.50 (local time) on 25 August 2007, in the Gokul Chat Bhandar restaurant on Gokul Kanchi Guda Station Road, Koti, and Lumbini Amusement Park in Hyderabad, India.
