Part 1—Preliminary
1..Name (1) This instrument is the Migration (Class of Persons for Class GG visa and Subclass 408 (Temporary Activity) visa) Instrument 2019/193. (2) This instrument may be cited as LIN 19/193.
2 Commencement This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
3 Authority This instrument is made under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Regulations.
4 Definitions
In this instrument:
eligible sponsor has the same meaning as defined in paragraph 408.229A(9) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.
eligible supporter has the same meaning as defined in paragraph 408.229A(10) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations. Regulations means Migration Regulations 1994. VAC means Visa Application Charge.
5 Schedule The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule.
