1 Name This instrument is the Comptroller-General of Customs (International Mail Centres) Approval 2019.
2 Commencement This instrument commences on 1 October 2019.
3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 183UA(2) of the Customs Act 1901 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
4 Definitions In this instrument: Act means the Customs Act 1901.
5 Approval The places specified in column 1 at the addresses in column 2 of the Schedule to this instrument are approved for the purposes of paragraph (f) of the definition of Customs place in subsection 183UA(1) of the Act, as places for the examination of international mail.
6 Repeal The Instrument titled "CEO Instrument of Approval No. 1 of 2009", signed on 22 July 2009 is repealed.
