LIN 19/272 AusCheck (Background Checks—International Cricket Council Twenty20 Cricket World Cup) Declaration 2019 I, Peter Dutton, Minister for Home Affairs, acting under section 21F of the AusCheck Regulations 2017, declare that: (a) background checks of individuals in connection with MNE accreditation in relation to the International Cricket Council Twenty20 Cricket World Cup 2020 must include assessment of information relating to the matters mentioned in paragraphs 5(b) and (d), and for an individual at least 18 years old, paragraph 5(a), of the AusCheck Act 2007 (the Act); and (b) for the assessment of information relating to the matter mentioned in paragraph 5(d) of the Act, the assessment must consist of an electronic identity verification check. 8th November 2019 Peter Dutton Minister for Home Affairs
