1 Name of Instrument This instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities—Victoria) Instrument 2020.
4 Emergency service facilities (1)For subsection 6(2D) of the Act, each force or service operating premises and the geographical region in which the premises are located are specified in the following table. (2)However, for item 2 of the table (in relation to the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority): (a) the inclusion of the premises in the geographical region of Williams Landing has effect after 17 May 2020; and (b) the inclusion of the premises in the geographical region of Melbourne ceases to have effect on 1 August 2020.
