1 Name This instrument is the Social Security (Administration) (Priority Needs — Toys) Specification 2020.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

4 Definitions In this instrument: Act means the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999. toys mean an object that does any of the following: (a) provide opportunities for physical activity and develop gross-motor skills; (b) promote literacy, numeracy, thinking skills and social skills; (c) help children develop fine motor skills and imagination; (d) encourage creative play, role modelling, language development and fun.
