1 Name This instrument is the Child Support (Assessment) (MTAWE amount) Determination 2020.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

4 Definitions Note: relevant June quarter is defined in subsection 5A(2) of the Act. In this instrument: Act means the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989.
5 Determination of amount The amount of $1,518.40 is determined for the relevant June quarter ending on 30 June 2020.
