Industry Research and Development (Innovation and Science Australia) Designation 2020
I, Karen Andrews, Minister for Industry, Science and Technology, under paragraph 9(1)(b) of the Industry Research and Development Act 1986 (the Act), by notifiable instrument, hereby:
(i) REVOKE all previous designations issued under paragraph 9(1)(b) of the Act; (ii) DESIGNATE the position of Secretary of the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources (the Department) to be a member of Innovation and Science Australia (the Board) for the purposes of paragraph 9(1)(b) of the Act; and (iii) DETERMINE that it is appropriate that the person who is at any time performing the duties of the Secretary of the Department, be a member of the Board.
