1 Name This is the Higher Education Support (John Paul ll Institute for Marriage and Family, Melbourne) Higher Education Provider Approval Revocation 2021.
2 Commencement This instrument commences on the day it is registered in the Federal Register of Legislation.
3 Authority This instrument is made under section 22-2 of the Act.
4 Definitions In this instrument Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003. Note: The term higher education provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.
5 Notice of Decision to Revoke Approval as a Higher Education Provider The approval of John Paul ll Institute for Marriage and Family, Melbourne (ABN: 27 788 943 586) as a higher education provider is revoked in accordance with subsection 22-2(1) of the Act.
The legislative instrument Higher Education Provider Approval No 14 of 2012 (F2012L02517) is repealed.
