1 Name This instrument is the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Compatible Cross‑boundary Laws) Declaration 2021.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

5 Laws declared to be compatible cross‑boundary laws For the purposes of subsection 24A(1) of the Commonwealth Act, the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2010 (Vic) is declared to be a compatible cross-boundary law for the purposes of the Commonwealth Act.
