1 Name This instrument is the Australian Capital Territory National Land (Road Transport) Parking Authority Declaration 2021.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 33(2) of the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulation 2017 (ACT), as applied by the National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2014 and as modified by that Ordinance and the Australian Capital Territory National Land (Road Transport) (Parking Authority Guidelines) Rules 2021.
4 Parking authority The High Court of Australia is declared to be a parking authority for the area of Block 15, Section 28 of Parkes.
