1 Name This instrument is the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (Exemption) Instrument (No. 6) 2021.

2 Commencement This instrument commences the day after it is registered.

3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 37(1) of the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012.

4 Definitions In this instrument: Act means the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012. Determination means the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (Refrigerated Cabinets) Determination 2020. exempt model: see section 5.

5 Exemption The models specified in clause 1 of the Schedule (the exempt models) are exempt from the requirements of the Determination as described at clause 2 of the Schedule with respect to the supplies of the exempt models specified at clause 3 of the Schedule.

6 Conditions of exemption There are no conditions of exemption specified for the purposes of subsection 37(2) of the Act.
