1 Name This instrument is CASA 114/21 — Exclusion from the Operation of Airworthiness Directives FAA AD 2021-23-12 and FAA AD 2021-23-13 Instrument 2021.
2 Duration This instrument: (a) commences on 4 January 2022; and (b) is repealed if the ADs are cancelled.
3 Exclusion Aircraft specified in Schedule 1 are excluded from the operation of paragraph (g) of airworthiness directives AD 2021-23-12 and AD 2021-23-13 (the ADs), issued by the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States of America, as in force immediately before the commencement of this instrument, when an aircraft is operated outside the airspace of the United States of America. Note 1 Paragraph (g) of the ADs require registered operators to revise the Limitations Section of the existing Aircraft Flight Manual when the aircraft flight operations are to be conducted in the airspace of the United States of America. This instrument only applies to this requirement. Note 2 All requirements of the ADs must be complied with when an Australian registered aircraft is operated in the airspace of the United States of America.
