1 Name This instrument is the Treasury Laws Amendment (2020 Measures No. 3) (New Arrangements to Borrow) Instrument 2021.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

4 Entry into force of Decision No. 16645‑(20/5) For the purposes of item 3 of the table in section 2 of the Treasury Laws Amendment (2020 Measures No. 3) Act 2020, Decision No. 16645‑(20/5) of the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund, dated 16 January 2020, came into force for Australia on 1 January 2021.
