ADMIN 21/061 AusCheck (Background Checks—FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023) Declaration 2021 I, Karen Andrews, Minister for Home Affairs, under section 21F of the AusCheck Regulations 2017, declare: (a) that background checks of individuals in connection with MNE accreditation in relation to the Fédération Internationale de Football Association Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023 must include assessment of information relating to the matters mentioned in: (i) paragraphs 5(b) and (d) of the AusCheck Act 2007 (the Act); and (ii) for background checks of individuals over the age of 18—paragraph 5(a) of the Act; and (b) that the assessment of information relating to the matter mentioned in paragraph 5(d) of the Act must consist of an electronic identity verification check. This instrument commences immediately after the commencement of the AusCheck (Major National Event—FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023) Declaration 2021. Dated 18 June 2021
