Terrorism Insurance (Member) Appointment (No. 5) 2021
I, Michael Sukkar, Assistant Treasurer, Minister for Housing, Minister for Homelessness, Social and Community Housing, under subsection 13(1) of the Terrorism Insurance Act 2003, being satisfied the person is eligible for appointment under subsection 13(3) of that Act, appoint David Foster as a member of the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation, on a part-time basis, for a period of 3 years beginning on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
