1 Name This instrument is the Social Security (Essential Medical Equipment Payment – Energy) Specification 2022.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

5 Forms of Energy (1) Each of the following forms of energy is a specified form of energy for the purposes of paragraph 917E(2)(b) of the Act: (a) Natural gas; (b) Liquid petroleum gas; (c) Diesel; (d) Heating oil; (e) Petrol; (f) Kerosene.
