LIN 22/022 Migration (Designated regional areas for certain skilled and temporary graduate visas) Instrument (LIN 22/022) 2022 I, Alex Hawke, Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Multicultural Affairs, make this instrument under the following provisions of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations): (a) subregulations 1.15M(1) and (2); (b) the definition of regional Australia in subregulation 5.19(16); (c) subparagraph 888.226(2)(c)(i) of Schedule 2; (d) paragraph 892.213(3)(b) of Schedule 2.
