1 Name This instrument is the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) (Economic Empowerment) (Remuneration and Allowances—Interim Board of the NTAI Corporation) Determination 2022.

2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3 Authority This instrument is made under item 17 of Schedule 1 to the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Amendment (Economic Empowerment) Act 2021.

4 Definitions Note: A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the Act, including the following: (a) Interim Board of the NTAI Corporation; (b) NTAI Corporation commencement day. In this instrument: Act means the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Amendment (Economic Empowerment) Act 2021. Remuneration and Allowances Determination means the Remuneration Tribunal (Remuneration and Allowances for Holders of Part‑time Public Office) Determination 2021, as in force at the commencement of this instrument. Travel Determination means the Remuneration Tribunal (Official Travel) Determination 2019, as in force at the commencement of this instrument.
