Mutual Recognition (Dangerous Goods Licence Registration Notification—Northern Territory) Determination 2022
I, Chanston James Paech, Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, under section 42J(4) of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Cth), and with reference to section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 (Cth), determine that each licence issued under the Dangerous Goods Act 1998 is a registration for which notification is required by section 42J(1) of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Cth).
