The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency amends the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (Information) Guidelines 2017, made on 5 May 2017, under section 204 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (the Act), as specified in the Schedule to this instrument.

1 Name This instrument is the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (Information) Guidelines 2017 – Amendment No. 2 of 2022.
