This instrument is the Fisheries Management (Logbooks for Fisheries) Determination 2022.
2 Commencement This instrument commences the day after registration on the Federal Register for Legislation.
3 Authority This instrument is made under section 42 of the Act.
Note: It is a condition of a fishing concession that the holder will comply with the requirements made in this instrument, see subsection 42(2) of the Act.
4 Definitions Note: A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the definitions section of the Act, including the following: (a) AFMA; (b) AFZ; (c) Australian boat; (d) boat; (e) CEO; (f) fish; (g) fishery; (h) fishing; (i) fishing concession.
