1 Name This instrument is CASA 38/22 — Prescription and Approval of Singapore as a Recognised Foreign State Instrument 2022.
2 Duration This instrument: (a) commences on the day after it is registered; and (b) is repealed at the end of 31 July 2025.
3 Application This instrument applies in relation to flight simulators and flight training devices located in Singapore. Note In this instrument, certain terms and expressions have the same meaning as they have in the Civil Aviation Act 1988 and the regulations. These include: flight simulator and flight training device.
4 Prescription For regulation 61.047 of CASR, Singapore is prescribed as a recognised foreign State.
5 Approval For the purposes of section 12.13 of the Part 133 Manual of Standards, Singapore is approved as a recognised foreign State.
