1 Name This instrument is the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (Exemption) Instrument (No. 2) 2022.
2 Commencement This instrument commences the day after it is registered.
3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 37(1) of the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012.
4 Definitions In this instrument: Act means the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012. Determination means the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (Air Conditioners up to 65kW) Determination 2019. exempt models: see section 5.
5 Exemption The models specified in clause 1 of Schedule 1 (the exempt models) are exempt from the requirements of the Determination as described at clause 2 of Schedule 1 with respect to the supplies of the exempt models specified at clause 3 of Schedule 1.
6 Repeal This instrument is repealed on 31 March 2025.
