Telecommunications Act 1997 – section 581ZH Review of Corporate Control Percentage 2022 The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission makes the following notifiable instrument. 1 The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) conducted a review of whether a determination should be made by the Minister under subsection 581W(3) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 (the Act), and if so, the percentage that should be specified in the determination. 2 The ACCC prepared a written report of the review and gave the report to the Minister, pursuant to subsection 581ZH(2) of the Act. 3 Pursuant to subsection 581ZH(3) of the Act, the ACCC specifies 14 June 2022 as the day on which the report under subsection 581ZH(2) was given to the Minister.
