Australian Competition and Consumer Commission – Full-time Member and Deputy Chairperson – Appointment and Reappointment (No. 1) 2022 I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsections 7(2) and 10(1) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, (a) reappoint Delia Rickard as a full-time member and full-time Deputy Chairperson of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for a period of three months beginning on 27 October 2022; and (b) appoint Catriona Lowe as a full-time member and full-time Deputy Chairperson of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for a period of five years beginning on 27 January 2023.
