1 Name This instrument is the Higher Education Support (Indigenous Student Success Program) (Rollover of Grant Amounts) Amendment Determination No. 2 2022.
2 Commencement This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Authority This instrument is made under subsections 38-40(3) and 38-40(4) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 for the purposes of Part 2-2A of that Act.
4 Schedule Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
5 Conditions
For the avoidance of doubt, conditions of the ISSP grants specified in a Schedule to this instrument are set out in Schedule 1 of the Higher Education Support (Indigenous Student Success Program) (Rollover of Grant Amounts) Determination 2022.
