Competition and Consumer (Australian Competition Tribunal Acting President) Appointment (No. 1) 2022
I, Andrew Leigh, Assistant Minister for Competition, Charities and Treasury, under subsection 34(1) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the Act), appoint Michael O'Bryan as the acting President of the Australian Competition Tribunal, on a part-time basis, for the period beginning on 26 December 2022 until the earlier of: (a) 25 March 2023; or (b) an appointment of a President, under subsection 30(3) of the Act, takes effect.
