1 Name of legislative instrument This instrument is ASIC Corporations (Shorter PDS and Delivery of Accessible Financial Products Disclosure by Platform Operators and Superannuation Trustees) Instrument 2022/497.

3 Authority This instrument is made under paragraph 1020F(1)(c) of the Corporations Act 2001.

4 Definitions In this instrument: Act means the Corporations Act 2001. IDPS has the same meaning as in ASIC Corporations (Investor Directed Portfolio Services) Instrument 2023/669. IDPS-like scheme has the same meaning as in ASIC Corporations (Investor Directed Portfolio Services) Instrument 2023/669. operator has the same meaning as in ASIC Corporations (Investor Directed Portfolio Services) Instrument 2023/669. Regulations means the Corporations Regulations 2001. simple managed investment scheme has the same meaning as in regulation 1.0.02 of the Regulations. simple sub-fund means a sub-fund of a retail CCIV in respect of which a simple sub-fund product is referable. simple sub-fund product has the same meaning as in regulation 1.0.02 of the Regulations. superannuation entity has the same meaning as in section 761A of the Act.
