Licence Area Plan – Tamworth Radio DETERMINATION (1) This plan for broadcasting services in the Tamworth area of New South Wales is made under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. (2) Five national radio broadcasting services, two commercial radio broadcasting services and one open narrowcasting radio service are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 are set out in Schedule One and Attachments 1.2 - 1.8 to this plan. (3) Two community radio broadcasting services are to be available in the area described at Attachment 2.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 2.1 are set out in Schedule Two and Attachments 2.2 - 2.4 to this plan.
