1 Name of Order This Order is Marine Order 503 (Certificates of survey — national law) 2018.
2 Determinations (1) A person may apply, in accordance with Marine Order 501, for a determination mentioned in the National Law – Marine Surveyors Accreditation Guidance Manual 2014 that is specified to be made by the National Regulator. (2) The National Regulator may make a determination subject to conditions.
