LIN 23/008 Migration (Designated APEC Economy) Instrument (LIN 23/008) 2023 I, Andrew Giles, Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs, under the definition of designated APEC economy in regulation 1.03 of the Migration Regulations 1994, specify each economy mentioned in Schedule 1 as a designated APEC economy.
