1 Name This instrument is the Legislation (Deferral of Sunsetting—Agricultural Levies Instruments) Certificate 2023.

2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

4 Deferral of sunsetting The following instruments, for which the sunsetting day is 1 April 2023, are repealed by section 51 of the Legislation Act 2003 on 1 April 2025: (a) Cotton Research and Development Corporation Regulations 1990; (b) Dairy Produce Regulations 1986; (c) Fisheries Research and Development Corporation Regulations 1991; (d) Forestry Marketing and Research and Development Services Regulations 2008; (e) Grains Research and Development Corporation Regulations 1990; (f) Horticulture Marketing and Research and Development Services Regulations 2001; (g) Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Regulations 2000; (h) Primary Industries (Excise) Levies (Forest Growers) Designated Bodies Declaration 2007; (i) Primary Industries (Excise) Levies (Pasture Seeds) Declaration 2012; (j) Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 1999; (k) Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Regulations 1991; (l) Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Regulations 1998; (m) Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation Regulations 2000; (n) Wool Services Privatisation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2000; (o) Wool Services Privatisation (Research Body) Declaration 2008; (p) Wool Services Privatisation (Wool Levy Poll) Regulations 2003.
