1 Name This instrument is the Fair Work (Statement of Principles on Genuine Agreement) Instrument 2023.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

4 Statement of Principles on Genuine Agreement For the purposes of section 188B(1) of the Fair Work Act 2009, the statement of principles for employers on ensuring that employees have genuinely agreed to an enterprise agreement is made as set out in Schedule 1 to this instrument.
