1 Name This instrument is the Legislation (Deferral of Sunsetting—National Disability Insurance Scheme Instruments) Certificate (No. 1) 2023.

2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

4 Deferral of sunsetting The following instruments, for which the sunsetting day is 1 October 2023, are repealed by section 51 of the Legislation Act 2003 on 1 October 2025: (a) National Disability Insurance Scheme (Children) Rules 2013; (b) National Disability Insurance Scheme (Nominees) Rules 2013; (c) National Disability Insurance Scheme (Plan Management) Rules 2013; (d) National Disability Insurance Scheme (Protection and Disclosure of Information) Rules 2013; (e) National Disability Insurance Scheme (Supports for Participants) Rules 2013; (f) National Disability Insurance Scheme (Supports for Participants—Accounting for Compensation) Rules 2013.
