1 Name This instrument is the Migration (Access to Movement Records) Instrument (LIN 23/015) 2023.

2 Commencement This instrument commences on the day after registration.

3 Definitions (1) In this instrument: security vetting includes pre-employment screening and ongoing assessment of the eligibility and suitability of person to be employed by that agency.
