1 Name This Direction is the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility Investment Mandate Direction 2023.

2 Commencement This Direction commences the day after it is registered. Note 1: Section 42 of the Legislation Act 2003, which deals with the disallowance of legislative instruments, does not apply to this Direction (see table item 2 in section 9 of the Legislation (Exemptions and Other Matters) Regulation 2015 and section 44 of the Legislation Act 2003). Note 2: This Direction is exempt from sunsetting (see table item 3 in Section 11 of the Legislation (Exemptions and Other Matters) Regulation 2015 and section 54 of the Legislation Act 2003).
