Part 1—Preliminary
1 Name of legislative instrument This is the ASIC Superannuation (Disclosure and Reporting Consistency Obligations) Instrument 2023/941.
2 Commencement This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation. Note: The register may be accessed at www.legislation.gov.au.
3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 328(1) of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
4 Definitions In this instrument: Act means the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
Part 2—Exemption
5 Obligation to give consistent information An RSE licensee does not have to comply with subsection 29QC(1) of the Act before 1 January 2026.
Part 3—Repeal
6 Repeal This instrument is repealed at the start of 1 January 2026.
