Part 2—Exemption 6 Licensing (1) A person that is carrying on a financial services business in this jurisdiction only because of section 911D of the Act does not have to comply with subsection 911A(1) of the Act in relation to the provision of a financial service to a wholesale client. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who holds an Australian financial services licence covering the provision of the financial service.
