1 Name This instrument is the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery (Overcatch and Undercatch) Determination 2024.
2 Commencement This instrument commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislation.
3 Cessation This instrument ceases on 1 May 2025.
4 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 24(1) of the Management Plan for the purpose of paragraph 17(6)(aa) of the Act.
5 Definitions (1) In this instrument: Act means the Fisheries Management Act 1991. Management Plan means the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003. (2) Any term used in this instrument that is defined for the purposes of the Management Plan has the same meaning in this instrument as it has in the Management Plan.
Note: Terms defined in the Act have the same meanings in this Instrument.
