1 Name This instrument is the Therapeutic Goods Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Regulations 2024.

2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1 At the same time as Parts 1 to 3 of Schedule 1 to the Therapeutic Goods and Other Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Act 2024 commence. 1 July 2024 3. Schedule 2 The day after the end of the period of 3 months beginning on the day Parts 1 to 3 of Schedule 1 to the Therapeutic Goods and Other Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Act 2024 commence. 1 October 2024 4. Schedule 3 The later of: 30 August 2024 (a) immediately after the commencement of Parts 1 to 3 of Schedule 1 to the Therapeutic Goods and Other Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Act 2024; and (paragraph (b) applies) (b) immediately after the commencement of Part 2 of the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 (WA). However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur.
