1 Name This instrument is the Defence Trade Controls (Foreign Country) Instrument 2024.
2 Commencement This instrument commences on 1 September 2024.
3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 15(4A) of the Defence Trade Controls Act 2012 (the Act).
4 Schedules Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
5 Specified foreign countries A foreign country mentioned in an item of the following table is specified for the purposes of paragraph 15(4)(c) of the Act:
