Part 1—Preliminary

1 Name of legislative instrument This is the ASIC Derivative Transaction Rules (Reporting and Clearing) Amendment Instrument 2024/416.

2 Commencement This instrument commences as follows: (1) Part 1 and Schedules 1, 2, 3 and 5 to this instrument commence on the later of: (a) 21 October 2024; and (b) the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation; (2) Schedule 4 to this instrument commences on the later of: (a) 20 October 2025; and (b) the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation; Note: The register may be accessed at www.legislation.gov.au.
