1. Name This is the Statements of Principles concerning antiphospholipid syndrome (repeal) (No.90 of 2024). 1. Commencement This instrument commences on 19 November 2024. 1. Authority This instrument is made under subsection 196B(9) of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986. 1. Schedules Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
